Fencing Clubs in Oxfordshire

Banbury & District fencing club is based at the Hanwell fields community centre. All specialist fencing equipment is available on club nights and beginners only need wear trainers and track suit bottoms and a tee shirt. Club night incorporates fencing training (group and individual) and competitive fencing. Fencing is fast, furious & Fun so just turn up and join in!

The Oxford University Fencing Club is one of Britain’s oldest and most successful fencing clubs. Founded in 1891, it is a strong university club with a wide appeal. We have more than 120 active members.
